Nicolas was wonderful to work with he is able to think outside of the box due to his experience and extensive knowledge. Our situation was different and difficult and he walked us through many steps to achieve our final goal. Being self employed and owning other property’s but wanting to keep what we have and he was able to make it work for our family.
