Thank you so much for outlining all that math for us to consider. We save $900 every month from our Martinez renters so the increase in payment isn’t that big of a problem. Our concern is that, at some point, we want to add onto that house which will also have a payment. I think we’ll hold off for now, but if the rates go down then maybe we will reconsider the Martinez house.
So thanks again for everything. We’ve done many refinances but this one on our Placerville home was, by far, the quickest and smoothest yet.
